🌿 What the Regeneration Collective Manifesto Is About

The Regeneration Collective Manifesto is a living compass for how we lead, collaborate, and serve in a time of planetary transformation. It calls us to regenerate the UN — and ourselves — from the inside out. Rooted in three interwoven streams, the Manifesto offers guiding principles for shifting from extraction to restoration, from control to emergence, and from fragmentation to wholeness.

Stream I: Care for SELF — I lead myself first

Transformation begins within. Regenerative leadership starts by growing our inner capacities — presence, adaptability, curiosity — as foundations for outer change. We replace urgency with trust in emergence, and recognize ourselves as part of nature, not separate from it. When we attune to natural rhythms, we restore vitality and wisdom.

Stream II: Care for PEOPLE — I lead in service and with compassion

Leadership rooted in integrity, empathy, and inclusion holds space for others to thrive. We cultivate safe, brave, and green spaces that nourish learning, diversity, and well-being. True transformation is relational: it flows from inner coherence and shared stewardship — through decentralization, self-organization, and compassionate action.

Stream III: Care for the PLANET — I act as a steward of Earth

To regenerate the planet, our actions and policies must align with the living systems of Earth. We honor Indigenous wisdom, intergenerational knowledge, and biocultural diversity as essential to resilience. We envision a UN that boldly steps into its role as steward of bio-regions and the global commons, walking its talk through embodied values and courageous collaboration.
